Room rates are for the total amount of your stay.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to Bella Luce, the only hotel in the British Isles with its own gin brand and distillery. We are a family run, luxury, small hotel with a difference. Bella Luce is a Norman manor house just minutes from Guernsey's stunning coastline, it is the perfect setting to get away from it all and enjoy a taste of our beautiful island.

Serving our own brand of understated luxury, we pride ourselves in offering experiences to remember – be they around our captivating copper still, along our stunning coastline, or next to our log fires. We like to think of the Bella as delivering a little bit of luxury, but with your shoes kicked off, we look forward to you being our guest.

If you're stay with us is to mark that special occasion or you would like to organise that little extra, we are able to arrange a variety of upgrades and extras for you, whether it's a bottle of Champagne, flowers or a room upgrade it's not a problem, just let us know.

To make your arrival a little easier here are a few details we thought may be useful:-

Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and we request that you vacate your room by 10.30 on the day of departure. Early check in can be requested, but unfortunately not guaranteed. If, however, you do arrive early, we are more than happy to store any luggage for you until your room is ready, we will then have your luggage delivered directly to your room for you. If you would like to guarantee your room for early arrival, please contact our Reservations team who would be delighted to quote for the night prior to your stay. Leaving us later in the day? Late checkout may also be arranged, subject to availability and at a supplementary charge. Please check with the Reception team who will be able to help and advise.

We believe that eating and drinking should be truly wonderful experiences that are the result of the best ingredients prepared and served with both skill and care, and enjoyed with great company. We serve these experiences throughout the Bella's dining areas, from breakfast through to dinner. Please be advised that our award winning restaurant is extremely popular and to avoid disappointment we strongly advise you to reserve your table in advance of your stay. If you contact the Reservations team on +44 (0)1481 238764, they will be more than happy to reserve this for you.

For your convenience, car parking is available free of charge per night. Should you require transport around the island, we are happy to offer assistance.

Gin Experiences - There is a great deal of Guernsey in Wheadon's Gin. The Wheadon family have been involved in the production and distribution of fine alcohol on Guernsey for over a hundred years and it is this heritage, combined with our island's maritime environment that is the inspiration behind Wheadon's Gin.

Produced in traditional copper stills in the atmospheric cellar lounge here at the Bella Luce, proprietor Luke Wheadon uses rock samphire foraged from the nearby cliffs, mandarin limes grown in a local glasshouse, and other carefully sourced botanicals to create perfectly balanced artisanal gins in very small batches. A visit to the Hotel would not be complete without a visit to The Bella Spa a world dedicated to your wellbeing. Our contemporary ESPA located next to the Hotel entrance features three expansive treatment rooms, we have a full menu of face and body treatments. Upon arrival we will ask you to present the payment card that you intend to use to settle your account for pre-authorisation.May I respectfully remind you in order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges please be aware of our cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. After this time, the full charge for your intended stay will apply.

Guests who are unable to for fill their reservation we kindly request that they let us know at their earliest convenience.
