Our Front of House team are the face of the Bella Luce, interacting with guests, residents and diners to ensure that they enjoy the best possible experience during their visit. Their role is to ensure that guests are relaxed and don’t have to lift a finger – offering a refill on their coffee before they’ve realized that they want another one, recommending a gin that they might enjoy, or suggesting a great beach or local walk if asked. If you enjoy making other people happy, then you’ll love being a part of the team here at the Bella.  Experience within the hospitality industry is preferred, but isn’t essential; if you’re a people person with a good work ethic, a customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn then that ticks a lot of boxes for us.

We’re incredibly proud of the Bella’s food offering and the reputation that we’ve developed for our dining experiences. Behind that is the team in the kitchen. We’re a two rosette kitchen and offer a bar menu also. The kitchen is spacious and offers great opportunities to learn or progress within the trade. We offer competitive rates of pay in line with the role and experience, excellent accommodation and a seven-month contract with the possibility of it being extended. Full time roles are over a five-day rota. If you have a passion for flavour, love local ingredients, and have an eye for presentation, then we’d love to hear from you.

Full time positions (48 hours/week) can be live-in or out. Part time roles can be weekly set shifts or shifts by arrangement. Couples are welcome. The tips are excellent.
