Eat and Drink Local: An Evening of Foraged Gins and Dinner

As part of this year’s Eat, Drink and Be Local Food Festival week (23-28 September), we’ll be celebrating the flavours of autumn in Guernsey with a very special evening of locally foraged food and drink on Tuesday September 24th.

Dinner will feature a special menu of dishes designed around key local ingredients, many of which will have been foraged earlier that day from the hedgerows and cliff tops of St Martins.
