As part of this year’s Eat, Drink and Be Local Food Festival week (23-28 September), we’ll be celebrating the flavours of autumn in Guernsey with a very special evening of locally foraged food and drink on Tuesday September 24th.
The evening will begin with a gin tasting in the Bella’s small batch distillery, with Luke Wheadon of Wheadon’s Gin guiding guests through a tasting experience showcasing gins distilled with foraged ingredients.
Dinner will feature a special menu of dishes designed around key local ingredients, many of which will have been foraged earlier that day from the hedgerows and cliff tops of St Martins.
