We know that all companies and markets have been affected by the current situation. Travel and supplies to and from the Islands are now also being effected.
The health and safety of all guest and staff is most paramount.
The hotel has been closed for the winter season, and we have liaised with all our staff both overseas and locally, and for their safety and that of our customers we have decided to review our re-opening for the summer season:
We will now re-open May the 1st 2020 and not April 1st as previously planned. We will continue to review and post updates on our website and social media accounts as they arise.

Dining out should be an experience, and we think that the best way to deliver that is to serve fantastic dishes and drinks in a refined and relaxed setting, with the utmost care and attention. Our wonderful head chef Patricio Filipe, who spent four years working for acclaimed chef Mark Hix in the past, sources, forages and home-smokes the finest ingredients from Guernsey, France and the UK for his inspired menu featuring approachable dishes that champion flavour, provenance and colour. Our wine list has been developed over many years and features a diverse selection of the best European and New World wines, many of which have been laid down in our own cellar until they are ready to appear on our wine list. We offer fine dining in our dining rooms and in the Bella’s bistro, set within the beautiful original stone walls of the historic Norman manor, however you are of course welcome to order from any menu, in any part of the hotel.
