Reared Dinner: Celebrating Guernsey's Great Produce

On the evening of Saturday 19th August, we welcomed diners to the Bella Luce for a very special Food Festival Dinner with Wheadon's Gin and Taste Guernsey.  Head Chef Simon Mckenzie planned a five course menu that celebrated some of the fantastic produce that is reared, grown or caught around Guernsey and our coastal waters, whilst Luke Wheadon distilled a special dessert gin to round out the meal.  Thanks to everybody who joined us and made it such a special evening; we love working with local ingredients and it was a pleasure creating an entire menu dedicated to great Guernsey produce.
