Le Douit Beuval Golden Guernsey Goats Cheese

Peter and Mandy Girard of Le Douit Beuval keep a herd of indigenous rare breed Golden Guernsey goats on their smallholding as part of a conservation effort, and use their milk to produce the wonderful Golden Guernsey Goat’s Cheese.
